Refund for on line booking - bags & check in

Hi GUys I bought a ticket last night from a low fare airline I thought I paid 110 but when i got the intinery its 237 now they have charged me for 3 bags and airport check in when Im sure I ticked 0bags and onlie check in.

Ive tried to fax for a refund to customer standards but no luck the customers services told me they could do nothing.

Any ideas 127 euro is a lot to me.

How did you think you paid 110? The price is very clear when you come to put your card details in (that's when all the extras are added).
 
To be honest I was sure I clicked the right box and that I saw that amount 110 euro but it was only when I looked at the itinery this morning I saw the 237. I rang them and they were very unhelpfull I tried to fax the complaint and the line is busy. If its a glitch in their system they will make a fortune.
I didnt print out the page that I booked on so iI have no proof, and they are very hard to deal with.

The assistant told me she would ammend the baggage but I would get no refund i.e. they could resell the baggage space!

Im very annoyed but I suppose I will have to swallow it! Im not sure its worth the upset. I wouldnt mind but I am only going for 4 days because thats all I can afford!
 
If the total on the credit card screen was the lower total then inform your credit card company that the amount of the transaction was not what you authorised....
 
You need to be VERY wary of the extras on some of these sites.
If you change anything on your booking the extras will get added automatically again

Another problem could be that when you selected "0 bag & online check-in", you didn't left click before using the wheel to scroll down. If you just use the wheel the numbers will move down & often you don't notice before proceeding.

I've done this before & nearly ordered 4 of something instead of one
