I purchased a brand new car in January this year.
It has failed to start on three seperate occasions, and each time it has been towed back to the dealer.
The dealer is now telling me that this time the car has definately been repaired. However I have no confidence in the car now.
I am now looking for a complete refund from the garage.
How likely is it that the garage will return all of my money? I did trade in when I purchased the car. Will this effect the amount due to be returned?
