Redundant.What am I entitled to?

I was made redundant today after 11 years service.I was working fulltime until 1.5 years ago and now I am only on 12hrs per week.Am I entitled to jobseeker? by the way, I am married and my husband is working fulltime, we have 3 children. Even though I wasn't earning a huge amount I still depended on that money. Also would my husband be entitled to claim homecarers allowance while I am on jobseekers? And what will the redundancy payment be based on ie 12 hour week for 11 years or 12hr week for 1.5 years and fulltime week for the remainder 9.5years? Any other info would be great thanks.
