Redundant - Transferring my Tax Credits to Husband

Was made redundant last week so going through the motions at the moment, do I ring revenue to transfer my tax credits to my husband or have I to fill in a form?

We're only married a short while and are still taxed seperately; is it possible to change it now?

I rang my local tax office to transfer my husbands credits to me this wk.
We didnt advise the tax office we were married so the girl is sending out a form that covers this..

she said the one form will cover redundancy and tax credits too... some form haha
