Redundant on Dec 24th, when to sign on ?

Hi all, I've read the steps to take on been made redundant and all is clear. I've been made redundant on christmas eve this year. My question is when do I get into the social office to Sign On since I expect the office to be closed and applications will hardly be processed over the holidays. Thanks for your help.

The SW local offices are expected to open on 29th December, so you can make your claim on that date.
