Redundancy threat

Hi i have an incentive bonus which my company want to change the structure.it has been going for over 10 years.we have been getting it 100% the last two years as the company agreed it was unfair to the employee's(only affects 3 of us)and a fairer one was needed.we were told if we dont agree to new one they would take it off us altogether.i explained thats not legal its in our contract and was then told we could be made redundant and they would change job title.The Hr was from the Uk and were not very helpful.is this a possible unfair dismisal or constructive dismisal case.any help would be grateful.
