I was offically made redundant on the 8th of May and was due to finish on the 31st of August. I signed the contract for the appropriate sum of money. But in the meantime I got a new job and now finish up on the 13th of June. The question I'm asking is am I entitled to this redundacy? Also in the contract I signed states if I leave before the 31st of August I get nothing. So basically theres nothing I can do. Any suggestions appreciated.
