Partner lost her job recently as company gone to wall and the company seems to have gone underground in that they are uncontactable. Her manager has tried to contact head office a number of times but to no avail. How does she go about looking for statutory redundancy ? Is this done through the company or social welfare?..any advice would be most welcome.
