Redundancy non-statutory expectations ?

Hi All,

Was wondering and thought to ask but I fear I know the answer.

I will be officially notified of redundancy in about 10 days. Likely leaving date will be either that date (gardening leave) or one month from then. I’m not entitled to statutory redundancy but how likely are my chances of some form of redundancy – what do most companies pay, I’m guessing as little as possible.

The company will not be ramping up in Ireland anytime soon, is extremely tight on expenses and doesn’t fear bad PR.

I guess next to Nil?

(What is the situation State-side ? This is a US company)
 
If you have already been notified then I dont think you will get anything.

A lot\most companies only go the statutory route.
 
if you are not entitled to statutory(and I assume this means you have less then 2 years service), then you are unlikely to get anything
