redundancy lump sum for job sharer

There is rumours of a redundancy package being offered of 6 weeks per year of service up to 2.5 times salary. As a job sharer would that mean
2.5 times full or half salary. Thanks.

Thought so. Had a very slim hope that maybe calculated on full salary as that is how it is worked out for pension purposes-full salary but each job
sharing year taken as 1/2 year. Thanks.
