Hi, I have a friend who has been permently working short time hours for a Semi-State Body for over 10 years. Is she entitled to redundancy. I dont know how to catagorise her hours. She is on call 5 days a week, but may only work 2, 3 or 4 days. Then she may go weeks without work. She gets holiday pay and a proper payslip. She also gets all national wage agreement increases. She gets a P60 every year. There is a panel of 5 Women, all on the same agreement and conditions of employment. They havent had work for some time now, but their employer still tells them that they are still retained.
