Redundancy - getting a representative

Hi All,

My wife is going through voluntary redundancy at the moment. In total there are about 20% of the workforce going on redundancy. They want someone to represent them to negotiate a better package. Does anyone know of anybody that could help? They are willing to pay what is required.

If not unionised ( when the union can help), a good specialised employment solicitor will do it ( of course they will also do it if they opt out of union representation).
