My wife is due to be made redundant this week. We've decided to move to Belfast as we have three children and need the family support with their ages. I am employed and will remian employed in the Republic commuting daily.
We've been informed that we are still entitled to Child Benefit and she can transfer job Seekers benefit also but this leads me to my question.
Can I claim her tax credits while she is in receipt of job seekers allowance?
