I am interested to know from anyone who has experienced redundancies in their companies, what job grades(i.e. managerial or lower level) tend to suffer more?
Obviously if it is on a Last in First Out basis, you would expect there to be more lower level employees but just wondering what might happen in the case of a senior manger who just took up the role a year ago?
