Hello, I was being made redundant last year and began a compromise agreement. *I then interviewed for a fixed term position doing a different role. *The fixed term is coming to an end, I wish to leave and take my redundancy. My employer are stating that this is no longer possible due to them not wanting me to leave and thus now offering a full time contract. *They had led me to believe I had protected/ ring fenced my redundancy. *Can they do this?
