Am looking for a bit of advice.
I currently work in a semi-state organisation and am on a 5 year contract (which can be terminated at any stage during this period if there is a loss of funding). I am 1 year into the contract and my job is looking a bit shakey.
If the contract is terminated, would I be entitled to any sort of redunancy from the state?
I am in the organisation 4 years and this is my third contract so does that mean that I get state redunancy? If you, any idea what that would amount to? Thanks, appreciate the response!
