Had a look and cant find any threads with the answer so hoping someone can help.
Buying a house with the garage conversion and the felted flat roof needs to be re-done. In a pretty bad state and the surveyor says there is no insulation in the existing one. Would anyone know a ballpark figure of what it would cost to re-do it with the best insulation possible.
