I have a dial-up internet connection.If I redirect phone calls from my landline to my mobile while surfing,will the caller be charged at mobile rates.I don't want to get a 2nd line or broadband(yet)
No but you will be charged for the mobile call. basically you are sending a call to a mobile so it is you who will be charged for the second leg of the call.
