I have been working with the H.S.E. since 1994, made permanent in 2001, in 2007 i transferred to another unit in the H.S.E., i have been informed recently that i may be redeployed to another unit as i am" last on site" ,even though 6 members of staff have been made permanent since my arrival with as little as 4 years service, i know the agreement states last in first out, and other public service bodies are basing redeployment on the least seniority ,what are ye're opinions
