Has anybody else noticed that when the luas pulls out of the red cow stop, the lights are never in its favour, and it sits there for 5 minutes before the lights actually change? I thought the whole purpose of public transport was that it took priority over traffic etc, especially given the amount of money and (apparent) planning that went into it!
