Am reconnecting Gas Supply on home, There used to be a gas supply but the meter was removed from the house and the pipe capped off.

Was wondering if anybody knew who was best to get reconnection done with ?
 
You must get the gas company to refit the meter and a registered gas installer to connect meter to house.
 
The only one you can go to is An Bord Gais Networks. They will have a standard connection/installation fee of €249 including vat. You can then go any Utility company you wish for the gas supply contract.
Before connection, you must get a Registered Gas Installer to test and certify the installation before gas meter can be switched on. The cert costs the installer €35 from RGII.
