recommended solicitor firm for OMC

Hi all,

I would like to ask if anyone has a list of solicitor firms that would be able to offer primarily a debt recovery service for service fee's and also general legal advice in matters relating to OMC's, common areas, company law and the MUD act in general.

From the apartment owners network it seems that a smaller to medium sized firm is generally preferred as they will be both more responsive and cheaper. Does this seem about right.

You advice as always is much appreciated.
