Recommended architect or technician

Hi there,

We are planning a renovation and require technical drawings to assist us with the refurbishment that is required. We do not require planning permission and do not want the architect to manage the project. We are therefore just looking for somebody to provide the drawings and specifications required to enable us to get quotes in. Can anybody recommend somebody and give us a clue as to how much this will cost? We live in Wicklow.

Are you taking responsibility for compliance with building regs, or do you need the architect to look after this?
