Recommendations in Spain

Looking for suggestions for a week in Spain down South near water parks/adventure parks, etc. Want to stay in a Villa for the duration for family of 4. Something not near a main strip but near a quiet town with some nice restaurants. Will have car

what about terramitica? is that near Mijas as I heard mijas in a nice village with some nice villas in the area?
