Recommendation needed for family friendly/disability friendly resort

Hi, we are looking to bring our baby with us (who will be 1) for a week in the sunshine. Essentially, can anyone could recommend a self-catering resort which is family friendly, quiet, 4-5 star, and where the beach and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk of the accommodation, bearing in mind one of us has a disability, and we will be pushing a buggy. Preferably a short-flight, the Algarve would be ideal. Thank-you!
 
Marriott Merbella ticks all of the boxes. There are 3 restaurants on site plus 2 others within 300 meters

Better again if you are renting a car.

There are another 10+ restaurants about 1km away.
 
Thanks Hillsalt. We've decided on Lagos in Portugal in the marina area, seems close to everything we're looking for.
