Recommendation for restaurant in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Would like to buy a restaurant voucher for a friend as a thank you gift. He's in his 50's and lives in Dun Laoghaire, any recommendations please?

Alexis (mentioned in other thread linked above) has just won "Leinster Best Restaurant" in the [broken link removed] awards.
It's not pricy (you can see menu [broken link removed]), and the food is good, but it is very noisy.
 
Since I started the other thread I should mention that I ended up going to Alexis. It was a great evening and would highly recommend it.
 
Hartleys meant to be fab............numerous colleagues have gone there and on positive feedback I had booked it for an executive lunch and it could not have been better.

No affiliation whatsoever.
