we have to build and extension and will be doing it under the pp requirements (240) and would be delighted if someone could pm with details of a builder that worked to recommendations - we have no drawings just ideas and wish for it to worked on time within budget..two babies on way so the heat is on to get ready and financially, not too plentiful at the mo nor do I suspect it will be with our new news!
