Hi,
We are going the process of getting a top up mortgage with EBS.
We are building and medium sized extension which will not need planning permision. Conditions of the mortgage is to furnish them with costing of work done and also a certificate. Do final inspection and get certificate of compliance. This can be done with Architect/ Engineer or building Surveyor.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable company that does this service?
