Recommend sync software

I have a folder I want to sync when I connect an external drive.

I know XP pro has offline folders to do same but Ive only got XP home edition. Is there a freeware someone can recommend to do this or is there a way to get offline folders on to XP home edition?

Good old MS, just took a copy of MS synctoy down from the links on everyones favorite download site. Just tested it and it does everything I want and more. very nice product.
 
Yeah - SyncToy is nice and simple. But you will need the .NET Framework if you don't already have it installed.
 
Seen that when installing it, I have on the work laptop as part of its build, but think I dont have it on the home laptop where I need it. Is this the download for it?
