Recommend Solicitor and Engineer for new home Cork

Hi all,

Hope this is the correct place for this question. I'm a 1st time buyer and yesterday received mortgage approval in principle.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a Solicitor in East Cork (Midleton) or in Cork City and also an Engineer to help complete my new home purchase.

I recently closed the sale of my house. I used Clare O'Shea O'Neill of O'Shea O'Neill solicitors (google it, they have a website) and for the engineer I used Brian O'Kennedy in Douglas. They have a website too.

I couldn't recommend them enough. Extremely thorough and work done to a very high level. It was a friend recommended them to me. I have no affiliation to either company, was just very happy with the job they did.
