Recommend hotel in Lisbon

Heading to Lisbon in Portugal on the 1st of May for a week and am looking for nice hotel, maybe a 3 or 4 star but reasonably priced. But would like the hotel to be really central. Dont want to have to gets buses or trams to get to the city centre.
Would appreciate if anybody could recommend anything for me.

I've stayed at the Sana Lisboa hotel - and would recommend that - I paid about €100 per night for a double and it was definitely worth that - solid modern, well designed 4* type hotel - included a decent breakfast .. if you can get it at that price it's good ... It's located just at the north end of the city centre - easy walk to the older parts of town and very accessible from the airport as well.
