Recommend: Colour Printer

I am looking to buy a colour printer for occasional use so I don't want the print cartridges to dry out from lack of use. I don't mind paying extra for the printer to ensure cheaper print cartridges and ones that don't dry out. I have heard Kodak are cheap but having difficulty finding any online and deciphering the best one? can anyone recommend one please?
