recommend Agent to sell Bulgaria property

hi everyone

i know i know....we shouldnt have bought it but we did!

and now, like the rest of the country, we need to sell it.

the only thing that might save us is that its a one bed on the beachfront.

can anyone recommend an agent please?

ps please dont give out to me for buying it in the first place. i convinced husband and havent heard the end of it since!!

we already have it rented out of sorts!

signed a rental agreement for about 5k a year - got the full amount first year and they could only give us half for the second year.

on the positive (I think) we got a survey from them today by email requesting feedback on the resort inc suggested changes, what we liked / disliked etc which has been sent to all apartment owners.

the only thing i keep hoping is that its a 5 star and its on the beach so when things do improve maybe we might be able to sell it.

no - we didnt get the full rent last Christmas which is why starting to panic! they said that it wasnt as busy as they had hoped?? and the maintenance costs were higher than expected. have heard its popular with German tourists alright.

maybe i should get rid of my husband and keep the apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

could do with a water slide right now!!

thanks - will look into that as we used the letting agency on site. have signed the contract for this year at a reduced rate so will definitely start investigating that now.

ps - am so glad you liked it...that gives some hope!!
 
Hi,

I think your resort has a lot of things going for it and I must say it has some very good restaurants and its location on the beach very impressive.
