Recommend a Solicitor for conveyancing in Cork?

I am looking for a solicitor for Conveyancing in Cork.

Can anybody recommend one that they have used?

What should I expect to pay? The house is for Sale at the moment with bids in circa €260k.

This should be straight forward as it is a freehold - I have planning documentation and structural engineers report.

I am in the process of purchasing and we are using Patricia O'Sullivan of Martin A Harvey & Co in the City, we are finding her really good.
 
Hi Fender,

we used Fiona Foley & Co. in Ballincollig. Either Fiona herself or Melvin handle the conveyancing. We have been very happy with her on both the sale side which closed in less than 6 weeks, and a just about to close a complicated NAMA involved purchase in 9 weeks.

The fees were very competetive even before the discount we received due to my 4 siblings having purchased houses using her office in the last 3 years.

We have just been quoted 950+VAT and search fees etc from a solicitor in Kerry. Not much use in Cork but fees might give you an idea. Do not agree commission
