Recommend a simple camera

Could someone recommend a camera for me, digital camera that takes pictures really quickly (fast shutter speed) red eye option and nothing else that is reasonable priced and REALLY simple to operate.

I'd like to know why digital cameras shutter speed is slower than conventional cameras as all I'm getting is the back of kids heads as they've moved by the time the picture is taken.

Also where is the cheapest place to get photo's printed. I have 700 to get done.

I use either Foto.com (http://ie.foto.com/) Aldi (). Both are excellent and very competitive. Foto.com offers good volume discounts (e.g. after 500 prints)

Last camera i had was Canon IXUS70 and now have IXUS 80 which i bought in oz last christmas. Bought this camera first when backpacking the last two years and its easy to use, lots of functions and takes a great picture. Majority of backpackers had this camera too and alot of asians [they know their technology!]
