the contract with our MA we are probably not going to renew the it.

can anyone recomend some agents in the dublin area they feel do a good job. we're looking for someone that :
  • will respond to queries in a timely fashion,
  • carry out stuff they are instructed to do when instructed to do it and not a few weeks later when they want to do it
  • someone with a proactive approch to debt collection, they understand there is a recession on but wont allow every tom dick and harry use it as an excuse for not paying, they accept the instructions given by the directors and follow them as given instead of "interpreting them" so they have some leg room
  • dont want someone that will insist the company doesnt cut services in an effort to ensure money is there for the more esential things liek insurance, they would rather maintain tne same level of service just to keep people happy, they understand the need to keep a cushion of cash to cover future expenditure so if there is not money availible instead of allowing the company to mount increase its debt they activly manage services so that they can get the most from them and keep costs low
PM me if you dont want to post here

sorry i want to clarify if your an agent please dont respond. no disrespect intended but I'm looking to hear from directors or people in MCs that can recommend an agent, someone they feel has done a good job in their estate. like others i've read and heard the promises of some agents and when i look into them their performance is far from steller.

Hi,

Ours is pretty good. They are called Cuala Property Management. Bernie who owns the company was involved in the review of management companies/ apt blocks body commissioned by the government last year.

They are pretty proactive on stuff and seem to be on the ball.
