could someone recommend a mortgage broker in the dublin area, city centre or castleknock. I dont want one that you give details on line i'd like to walk into an office and talk to someone.
If anyone has found someone good to deal with could you let me know.

I dealt with Stephen in mortgageline.ie
Hes on the same street as Club M and Oliver St John Gogartys. He helped me with lots of queries as a FTB outside of mortgage, but do shop around for you life assurance.
 
Just check out who has the top 2 or 3 lowest rates available and go straight to those banks .
 

Would recommend Joe Pitcher in Blanchardstown Village. I am dealing with him for my mortgage.
 
We used Pat Keane Mortgage Brokers recently and I was very happy with the service. Everything went smoothly. He is based in Rathfarnham and his number is 01-4069600. I would not recommend going directly to banks as suggested above due to banks being so finicky as to what they want these days and who should get a mortgage. A broker will ensure you get the bank exactly the right things.
