Recommend a good property solicitor

Hi There,

Could anyone please recommend a good solicitor that has helped them with a non-standard property purchase. In essence we're fighting to be allowed out of our property contract due to extensive delays and wonder if anyone else has had a similar problem and if they can recommend a solicitor that was helpful?

Hi,

Id recommend Eamonn Burke in Gartlan Furey Solicitors, Fitzwilliam Square. He helped a friend of mine with a property problem and she was raving about him. Plus she was able to get hold of him on a weekend - how many can you say that about.
