Recommend a builder?

Builder due to start yesterday has cancelled.

I need a 120 sq ft extension done on a terraced house in Dolphins Barn / Rialto.

Can anyone recommend a builder who is good to work with and ideally cost effective.

Any recommendation thoroughly appreciated.

There is a Polish builder who did a job for me 2 years ago who was excellent. I have recommended him to a few people and he always surpassed expectations in terms of quality of work, delivery time and especially price. He has 4 or 5 small crews working for him. Details at www.buildpol.ie.
I have no connection with the company - just got to know the guy and liked him and was delighted with the job.

Thanks very much for the recommendation: I appreciate it very much as I am not from Dublin and am not sure who is reliable.

Any other recommendations welcome as I have to get an early start on the job if possible.
