Recommed a Lender

Hi all,
Looking for the general concenus on who is the best lender out there. Looking to change lenders not too happy with EBS, won't budge on a couple of probs i have, so the switch will have to be made.

Any general tips or suggestions on what would the best way to go about this. Any good sites out there comparing all lenders and rates.

Wrt to mortgages, cheapest (and flexible) is the way to go IMHO. The Irish Times on a Thursday has a comprehensive list of rates, the www.myhome.ie and [broken link removed] sites are also good, but may not have all rates.

The cheapest lender will depend on your loan to value outstanding.

I agree. The best lender is generally the one that offers the best deal for your specific circumstances (e.g. loan amount, LTV ratio etc.).
