Reclaiming tax if you leave Ireland before the end of 2008

How can one reclaim tax if they relocate out of Ireland prior to the end of the tax year? Can one also reclaim PRSI? The salary is taxed in the highest tax band (if the entire year is worked). Because of the move, the total income for the year will not ever into the actually reach the highest tax band. Any thoughts of what tax can be claimed back? Can this be claimed prior to the end of 2008?

Don't think so but these contributions will count towards benefits here and you may be able to get national/social insurance credits abroad too.
