Reclaiming Polish VAT

Does anybody have any experience of reclaiming Polish Vat sucessfully. Have tried to contact Polish Tax Authorities by fax a number of times now to request forms to allow reclaim of VAT but to no avail. We need to reclaim VAT on art orgination carried out there.

I am currently going through the hassles of reclaiming VAT for a UK training course. The British Revenue's [broken link removed]is excellent.

They also detail the story for all other EU countries. The link I provide omits the recently joined countries but there is probably a more up to date one on the site.
