I have looked at the revenue website but cannot find the info I need. I am being made redundant shortly and want to know can I claim my tax back that I have paid for this year 2009 after a certain period of time or do I have to wait until the year end?

form p50 on revenue site gives interm refund

What Jobseekers Benefit amount should you declare on form P50 ?

I receive 391 (myself + qualified adult increase + 2 children increase) weekly on JB.

A Financial Advisor told me to enter 204 - 13 = 191 Euro.

I know the first 13 euro of JB and the child increase is excluded from tax, but what about the 'Qualified Adult' amount ?

If you are jointly assessed for tax then the spouse/qualified adult amount is part of your taxable JB.
