Recieved Planning Permission what next

We have purchased a site with FPP.Where do we go from here with regard to the build.It is our intention to build the house from the plans that were submitted with the planning application.Would we need to hire an Architect or a Quantity Surveyor.

An architect will guide you through the development of the design from planning to actual construction including onsite detailing, compliance with regulations, finishes, insulations etc etc etc up to certification on completion

A quantity surveyor will develop a budget at the outset for the above and update and control it throughout the process.
