Recently purchased phone from 3. It's now died

I bought a Nokia of them end of January, it died yesterday while i was sending a text. Will not power on. Rang three and was told i could get a refurbished nokia handset. No new replacement available as they are no longer selling the Nokias.

Doesn't sound right to me. I wonder if i have any recourse. Ideal situation would be to get a refund and go back to 02.


Do i have a leg to stand one?

"fit for the purpose" is the test.

get them to replace or refund on the spot in the shop (hint, cause noise in shop on saturday when they are busy)

they say refurbished but mine the one i got was new, it was out within 24 hours and i'm happy with it !!!

real pack of muppets, am going to have to make do with the refurbished phone for the time being. Thanks to all for the advice
