Receiving email on Blackberry Bold

I recently received a Blackberry Bold through work and I'm just wondering what costs are related to receiving/sending email and going online using Instant Messenger Chat.

The data plan is in addition to the voice/text plan (€12 in my case), so just covers browsing, email etc.
