Receiving bank charges for transfer via Revolut

I need to send GBP via my revolut card to a bank in Sofia, Bulgaria. Is there likely to be receiving charges for the bank ( I need to cover recipient charges). Can only see reference of Euro to Euro swift transfers are free.

In case this helps anyone else, I'm answering my own question. Took a chance and went ahead with the transfer (£20.96), a few hours later, got an acknowledgement from co. I ordered from that they had received my transfer and that my my goods would be shipped. So it seems no receiving charges were applied to the transfer.
