Received a call from unknown number

Social welfare inspectors call from blocked numbers.

I know a guy who has been unemployed for years. One morning he answered a call from a blocked number.
"John, are you at home?"
This is a trick they use.. so the receiver might say.. "No, I am at work"

Surely even SW inspectors have heard about people working from home?
