I know of one who did this for a couple my wife and I were friends with. Not an amicable split, but I understand from both that the case was dealt with quite efficiently by the solicitor involved. I'll dig out the name of the solicitor and PM you with the details.
When I clicked into your name the ans came up 'in the clouds' (newbie here), I thought only for the time message was sent, it was my son the joker.
