Real estate qualifactions in Ireland

does anyone have info on where and how real estate qualifactions are received. i have attempted college 2 times before and would like some qualifaction which would allow me to work in real estate. i would like a part-time course or evening classes, in either cork, limerick or galway. any info would be helpful.

I know a few people who have done a part time course in Athlone. I know it's not any of the places you mentioned but it's only an hour from Galway.
